Leader Development

Vanguard Training Services, places a great deal of focus on assisting our clients with developing the best Leadership team possible. No organization, no matter how financially rich, can succeed (for long) without a talented, goal-focused leadership team.

We do this by assessing the Leadership team members’ talents, preferences, experience and skills, using nationally recognized assessment and evaluation instruments. Next, we devise a path toward the type Leadership team needed to achieve organizational targets and goals. Finally, we coach and mentor the Leader, over a 3 month period, toward the paragon of Leadership the organization desires.

Organizational Analysis

Organizations are living, breathing entities. We give one third to one half of our workdays toiling within our limits. Our organizations can be the joy of our lives or a yoke of drudgery around our necks. No organization can thrive and prosper without a thorough understanding of how it works. Strong organizations have a clear understanding of how the gears of the system mesh to create the end product.

Vanguard helps companies assess how well the human component of their operation is functioning within the organization. This is done using nationally recognized assessment and evaluation instruments. Next, we review the data with the leadership team and devise a path toward the type of organization needed to achieve organizational targets and goals. Finally, we coach and mentor the leadership team, over a 12 month period, toward the ultimate organizational goals desired.
